This is Jerry and Shawnne's website. December 2006 has been warm by Minnesota standards. Last year we were snow covered from the end of November until Spring, as you can see it is just brown grass. We did have 1.5" on December 4th but otherwise we have only had a dusting. Despite the above normal temperatures the recent clouds and winds have made it much colder in feeling then one would expect from the numbers. Although they aren't visible here, our Christmas decorations are all up. Shawnne is hoping for some snow to give us some more of a Christmas feel. It would certainly show off the lights better than the grass.
